4 amb 5 Mujades
4 amb 5 Mujades is something very different. It’s the sister restaurant of the renowned Suckulent, but the concept is something fascinating. The gastronomy here is completely focused on vegetables, in particular those that are in season.
The dishes aren’t all completely vegetarian or vegan, there is fish, seafood and meat in there, but you will never have a piece of it on your plate, it’s hidden in sauces and infused into the vegetables. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options too though.
IN A NUTSHELL
Atmosphere: It has a taverna kind of feeling to it.
Recommended: It’s difficult to choose a favorite, and the menu is different from season to season. I like the Caesar salad (cool presentation!) and the carrot-orange dessert.
Specifics: The vegetables are biodynamically grown. The menu explains the concept more in detail (the menu is gorgeous btw!).
