Fit Kitchen - Nutritional Healthy Food for Everyone
If you are need a place with good nutritional food but with a twist of fun, then Fit Kitchen is definitely the place you are looking for. I love the menu, it is filled with options for many kinds of diet preferences, so there is guaranteed to be something for everyone.
The menu details the nutritional values of each dish, and there are options for those who prefer vegan food, low-carb, protein-rich, fish, vegetarian, you name it. The dishes are perfectly planned by Jason, one of the owners, who has done meal plans for top athletes in the world, like MMA fighters..! I was very impressed when I heard this. As a customer you are certainly in good hands!
I have tried their breakfast which I loved: a wonderful smoothie bowl with avocado, peanut butter and plenty of other healthy ingredients, and a stack of protein pancakes that I shared with my friend, who also tried their home-made granola with fruit and yoghurt.
Recently I also had their lunch menu, you get a salad, a main dish and the dessert of the day for 14€. The salad I had was wonderful: Thai-inspired with mango and crunchy peanuts. When the main came I wanted to cry a little, for two reasons: the portion was huge and it was so beautiful! Lots of colours, plenty of different ingredients and looked like a perfect, healthy dish. It was a tuna tataki bowl with avocado, quinoa, edamame, radish, seaweed... All planned so that it would be a nutritious meal that will keep you full and energised throughout the day. I can assure you I did.
