What you have all been waiting for: the list of new restaurants in Barcelona! Find what is a beautiful terrace at a cafe that serves organic food, a Filipino restaurant, a cozy wine bar, a semi-secret paella place by the sea, a modern Lebanese bistro, a soon to open magical multi-concept space in Gracia, several ice-cream shops, gourmet pizza, and much more!

Xino Mandarino - Asian street food and cocktails on Carrer Diputació (Eixample). Instagram: @xino_mandarino.
El Bonic - I don’t know much about this restaurant (there’s very little information so far), but a pretty looking restaurant that also serves cocktails on Carrer Valencia 246 (Eixample). Instagram: @elbonic.
Street Tacos - Grupo San Telmo is making tacos with locally sourced ingredients in the Barceloneta. C/ Pepe Rubianes 37. Instagram: @streettacos_bcn.
Velissima - An oyster bar, a restaurant, and a club coming soon on the port on Paseo Juan de Bourbon 103 (Barceloneta): Instagram: @velissimabarcelona.
Balafria - A new cafe has opened in Putxet, it was about time! They serve food and snacks, Nomad Coffee, iced tea (great teas from nearby Tetera) and more. A home away from home. Read my review here. Carrer Sant Hermenegild 2. Instagram: @balafriacafe.
Loló Més Que Vins - A gastro bar in Sants, the food looks great, and they seem to put a lot of focus on wines. Carrer de Riego 18 (Sants). Instagram: @lolomesquevins.
Pelatti’s Vermuteria - Vermouth bar and bodega with tapas and cocktails, that seems to have plenty of character. Carrer Floridablanca 24 (Sant Antoni). Instagram: @pelattisvermuteria.
Rústico - Specialty coffee, home-made pastries, and a little something to eat. Looks cute! Carrer Hera Palau 9 (Born). Instagram: @rusticoborn.
Bērytī Bistro - A new, modern Lebanese bistro on Travessera de Gracia 228 (Gracia). The food looks great. Instagram: @berytibistro.
Hula Poke - For all you fans of this poke place they have now opened a second location on Carrer Valencia 441 (Eixample). Instagram: @hulapokefood.
Gutai - An Asian gastro pub with origins in Moscow has now opened in Barcelona, and it looks good! They also make interesting cocktails such as a Curry Margarita. Carrer Mallorca 196 (Eixample). Instagram: @gutaibcn.
La Catalista - The most charming wine bar, where you choose the wine and have it paired with tasty food. The focus is on interesting local wines. Talented Laila Bazahm from Hawker45 is behind the menu. They also do brunch on weekends. Carrer dels Carders 11 (Born).
Leche de Tigre - Talented Peruvian chef Nicky Ramos has opened a new restaurant, “urban cooking with a Peruvian heart.” His food will not disappoint. They also do cocktails. Martinez de la Rosa 10 (Gracia). Instagram: @leche_detigre.
Cereals Custom - Should you be in Sant Andreu and like cereals there’s a new place for you on Carrer de Joan Torras 12 (Sant Andreu). Instagram: @cerealscustom.
Ristorante Verace - A new Neapolitan restaurant on Aribau 254 (Eixample). Instagram: @verace_bcn.
GiGi von Tapas - Brunch by day, tapas by night. It is their 4th restaurant, you probably know their other ventures Milk, Marmalade and Firebug. Marina 189 (Eixample). Instagram: @gigivontapas.
Natas - I have heard great things about this new ice-cream shop in the Raval, with interesting flavors. Elisabets 6 (Raval). Instagram: @natasheladas.
Lamian - A new Japanese restaurant with an affordable lunch menu. Carrer de la Diputació 294 (Eixample). Instagram: @lamianrestaurante.
Kasarap - I rushed to visit this new Filipino restaurant as soon as I laid my eyes on it. Delicious food, generous portions, and friendly staff. Make sure to try the barbecue and the ube cheesecake. Consell de Cent 141 (Eixample). Instagram: @kasarapbcn.
Cafe Gardenia - Coffee and pretty amazing looking cakes, also savory pies. Carrer Gran de Sant Andreu 360 (Sant Andreu). @cafegardeniabarcelona.
Mucho Pizzeria - Jordi Vila from Alkimia has opened a pizza place together with Xevi Ramon, doesn’t that sound intriguing? Apparently, it is really good. Carrer de Marià Cubí 201 (Sarria-San Gervasi).
Folks Burgers - Pretty cool looking interior in this new burger joint and the burgers look great too. Carrer del Portal Nou 19 (Born). Instagram: @folks_burgers.
Kinza - Georgian food, YES, please! They have live music every night. The khachapuri looks incredibly delicious, with plenty of cheese, as do the dumplings. Banys Vells 15 (Born). Instagram: @kinzabcn.
Lucky Road Street Food - Asian street food that won’t break the bank on C/ Ample 18 (Gotico). Instagram: @luckyroadstreetfood.
Hanbaga Japanese Burger - Connected to the restaurant above, this place serves Japanese burgers. Interesting concept! C/ Ample 18 (Gotico). Instagram: @hanbagajapaneseburger.
Cheriff - This seafood restaurant was a true classic, and has now been renovated and reopened. Carrer de Ginebra 15 (Barceloneta). Instagram: @cheriff_restaurant.
Barigoule Cafe - Julie from France spent 20 years in New York City running a restaurant there and has now settled in Barcelona and opened an adorable coffee shop in Putxet. C/ Pàdua 87. Instagram: @barigoulecafe.
Panot Restaurant - Chef Marc Ribas has been inspired by the last century in his new restaurant in the prestigious hotel Casa Fuster. Passeig de Gràcia 132 (Gracia). Instagram: @panotrestaurant.
La Mari Ollero - Tapas and vermouth bar on C/Calàbria 5 (Sant Antoni). Instagram: @lamariollero.
Kitsune - A Gracia favorite that has now opened a takeaway, and we’re pretty excited..! C/ Montseny 13 (Gracia). Instagram: @kitsune_sushi.
Melocotón - Vegan burgers in Poble Sec, where you can personalize your vegan burger. They carry La Besneta’s vegan desserts and have craft beers and kombucha to pair your burger (or tapas) with. C/ d’En Fontrodona 17. Instagram: @melocoton_bcn.

Bocadillos Hanamura - Cool Cafeteria Industrial is now also doing tasty sandwiches, but there’s not much info about it yet. Carrer de Pallars 154 (Poble Nou).
El Abasto - Cellarer has opened a restaurant where the charcoal oven is in focus, and that has a nice terrace outside. Great wines are pretty much guaranteed here. Carrer del Dr. Trueta 229 (Poblenou). Instagram: @elabastobcn.
Orval - Already in the previous list, but I have to add it here too, it’s that good. Espai Joliu’s little sister has opened close to the Ciutadella park, and it:s not so little: it consists of two floors and has lots of light, plants, magazines, and excellent coffee. Barcino - In an area where brunch is not abundant, Barcino Food offers tasty looking brunch food and more. Carrer Comte d’Urgell 222 (Eixample). Instagram: @barcinofood.
Restaurante Oda - Inside the casino, close to the beach, you can find this new restaurant with Latin-American influences and beautiful dishes. Carrer Marina 19-21. Instagram: @restaurantoda.
Medusa y Morena - Two restaurants, a club, and show. Quite impressive-looking dishes and drinks. Gran via de Les Corts Catalanes 596 (Universitat). Instagram: @medusaymorena.
Woki Organic Market - has opened a new restaurant inside an organic market on Diagonal 430 (Eixample). Instagram: @wokiorganicmarket.
Kiltro - A restaurant and bar in Gracia with signature cocktails, Latin-American food (different types of device, tacos, sandwiches, snacks) and a Pisco bar. Montseny 13 (Gracia). Instagram: @kiltro_bcn.
The Ranch Smokehouse - We were mighty surprised when we passed by this new restaurant and realized that it’s a family owned business, where everything is made from scratch, and where a bbq-expert who’s been competing in barbecues for 11 years is behind the recipes and the execution. Camping Mar - The En Compañia de Lobos group has opened this surprising and somewhat secret location by the sea. The rice dishes are recommended. Passeig de Joan de Borbó 103 (Barceloneta). Instagram: @campingmarbarcelona.

Delacrem Obrador - These successful ice-cream makers have opened a bigger ice-cream lab, now with more flavors. Passeig Sant Joan 59 (Eixample). Instagram: @delacremobrador.
Tio Papelón - New Venezuelan restaurant with comfort dishes that look pretty huge..! C/ Sicilia 247 (Eixample). Instagram: @tiopapelon.
Pims - Eating tasty food while listening to a DJ spinning his tunes sounds pretty good, right? Casual hangout on Carrer Sardenya 37 (Ciutadella). Instagram: @pimsbar.
The Haissala’s - Gorgeous looking new pizza place in the most unexpected of places: Ronda General Mitre 220 (Putxet). Instagram: @thehaissalas.
La Mechada Express - Delivery-only Venezuelan food. They specialize in "“carne mechada.” They also prepare patacones, that you only need to fry for a couple of minutes. Instagram: @lamechadaexpress.
Restaurante Puerto Escondido - Mexican restaurant, with a lunch menu on Marià Aguiló 26 in Poblenou. Instagram: @restaurantepuertoescondido.
Les Filles - Beautiful, lush green oasis in Gracia that serves tasty organic food. It has a great terrace. Carrer de Minerva 2 (Gracia). Instagram: @lesfillesbarcelona.
Rooq Chicken - Anything chicken, all made in-house: nuggets, burgers, and more. They also have vegan options. Diputació 349 (Eixample). Instagram: @rooqchicken.
Jojoto - Venezuelan restaurant by Montjuic that also has a lunch menu. Carrer dels Ferrocarrils Catalans 43 (Montjuic). Instagram: @jojotobarcelona.
Mr. Porter - The successful Entourage Group from Amsterdam brings this steakhouse to the Sir Victor Hotel in Barcelona, and it is getting great reviews. Carrer del Rosellón 265 (Eixample). Instagram: @mrporter_official.
La Barra de Carles Abellan - has opened a second location, now in the W hotel. Plaça Rosa Del Vents 1 (Barceloneta). Instagram: @labarradecarlesabellan.
Wild Lulita - The opening I’m the most excited about! A multi-concept space in Gracia, embracing healthy and indulgent food (the cakes are AMAZING), organic fruits and vegetables, hand-made products and artwork by local artists and so much more. Opens in August. Carrer de l’Or 6 (Gracia).
Syra Coffee - They are opening a large new space in Poblenou, on Pujades 100 in August, that will include a co-office. They have also recently opened a shop and roastery space (Mare de Deu dels Desamparats 14) close to their existent coffee shop in Gracia (Mare de Deu dels Desamparats 8).
