For the owner Genia EatMyTrip Brunch & Bakery was a dream for quite some time, and when she made it reality it became an instant favorite among brunch lovers. The menu draws inspiration from her many travels to different corners around the world. She has so much creativity and you can really see it in the crazy cool dishes here!

I’m always equally excited to see their menu: every time there are fun surprises and things you can’t find anywhere else. And the presentation is always creative and fun! They change their menus on a regular basis, and you’ll always find something delicious. On my latest visit the special dish of the month was Poppy Seed Syrniki with cottage cheese and poppy seeds, accompanied with fig and red fruit compote, whipped vanilla and lime crème fraîche, seasonal figs, buckwheat granola and lime zest. They were both visually pleasing and absolutely delicious, and not too sweet.

If you are a fan of pancakes there are no less than four different options, including a fun Pancake Party which is perfect if you go with a friend. And it comes served with a huge piece of cotton candy on top!

A classic on the menu among the savory dishes is the Brunch de los Alpes: perfect if you’re really hungry! It comes in a skillet, filled with truffled potatoes, poached eggs, melted gruyere cheese, herb mascarpone, mushrooms, parmesan and much more. And you can even add more ingredients to it if you wish.

Their Thai Eggs is another one of the classics: it is absolutely gorgeous and original with ingredients such as panang coconut curry sauce, carrot hummus, coriander, toasted peanuts and papadum. The Romesco Turkish Eggs come with 2 poached eggs on a pillow of house-made romesco flavored yogurt, harissa noisette butter, herbs, dukkah and sourdough toasts. Perfect for a comforting brunch!

You won’t be disappointed with the drinks: the (specialty) coffee is excellent and come in many different versions, but there is a long list of smoothies, juices, warm and chilled drinks, and more. Oh, and there’s bottomless mimosas or Aperol Spritz (they also come served in cute towers) or jars if you want to share!

The dishes at Eatmytrip Brunch & Bakery are so elaborate and beautifully decorated. I'm a big fan of places that put effort into their dishes! It’s also great for vegans with dishes that are anything but boring.

The spaces are always cozy with murals on the walls, plants, and lots of details here and there, and invite to linger for a while. They have terraces outside that is perfect if you want to soak up the sun. EatMyTrip is a true labour of love, and I'm very happy to see how successful they are. And they now have two locations in Madrid!
