Suto - Six Seats and a Michelin Star
Suto, located in Sants, is a Japanese restaurant that has recently been awarded its first Michelin star, a well-deserved accolade. With only six seats arranged around the bar where Chef Yoshi Suto works his magic, diners are treated to a stunning omakase-style dining experience featuring seasonal ingredients. Chef Suto has spent 20 years in Spain, and in 2019 he converted an old bar into what the Suto restaurant is now.

Securing a reservation at Suto can be a challenge due to the limited seating. Your best bet is to follow their Instagram account, where they announce booking openings for the following month. Once you've secured your spot, arrive on time, and the small team will ensure you're well taken care of. There's no menu; instead, the chef curates a sequence of dishes for each guest, creating an intimate dining experience.
