Taco Fest Returns to Barcelona This Weekend
Fourteen taquerías, tacos from €3 and a Día de Muertos celebration: Taco Fest returns to the Antiga Fàbrica Estrella Damm from 23 to 25 October.
The fifth edition brings together names including Maíz Maíz, Tacos Muñoz, La Mafia Mexicana, Herencia and Warike Project. Expect al pastor, cochinita pibil, carnitas and birria, alongside vegetarian and gluten-free options. Each taquería will offer at least one taco priced at €3.
Beyond the food, there will be live mariachis, DJ sets, mezcal tastings and Mexican lucha libre, with an altar and catrinas marking this year’s Día de Muertos theme.
Advance tickets cost €8, including fast-track admission, a beer or soft drink, and a place at your chosen lucha libre session. Food is purchased separately.
