Ultramarinos Marin is what you'd be looking for when you want a great experience AND very, very good food. This fairly new spot feels like it has been in Barcelona forever; it has that vibe of knowing what they’re doing. And they truly do.

Ultramarinos Marin is divided into two spaces: a bar with so much atmosphere that you just might think you’re on a movie set. If you venture to the back, a completely different kind of restaurant opens up, where dark wood and a cozy, low-key ambiance prevails.

The ingredients are key here. Top-notch quality is the standard throughout, and the dishes are straightforward classics but with that special touch of theirs. They’re perfect for sharing: the team will let you know how many you should go for depending on the size of your party. If you can, try to get a seat by the bar. That’s where all the action is, and it’s fun to watch the kitchen team seamlessly work together.

Chef and owner Borja Garcia spearheads the kitchen with his creativity and dedication to the ingredients. Every little detail in each dish is well thought through and makes the main ingredients shine.
