Viblioteca - Cheese and Wines

Viblioteca is hidden away on a street that nobody usually passes by unless they live there, which is great for us Viblioteca-lovers. The restaurant is small and always busy, so it’s a good thing that not everybody knows about it.

The restaurant is quite cheese-focused, which you will see the moment you step through its doors: there is a beautiful cheese display right by the bar with cheeses from around Europe. The walls are decorated with wine bottles, big cans of delicious-looking olives and prestigious vinegars and oils.

The menu consists of cheese platters (obviously), foie gras, salads, tuna tartar and such. My personal favorite is the truffle (!) bikini (a bikini is somewhat similar to a grilled cheese sandwich, but with jamón). It’s amazing..!

Make sure to book a table in advance, because it does get very busy. Oh, and they are great at wines, and the wines by glass are usually really good.
