Fromagerie Can Luc - a Cheese Lover's Paradise

Fromagerie Can Luc is a marvelous cheese shop in Gracia, just next to Mercat de la Llibertat. They have a huge selection of cheeses, many of them amazing French ones. The owner is very knowledgeable and can help you with anything cheese-related.

If you tell them you are making a cheese board they will help you to pick a good assortment, and you will get a printed form with you, where you can see the name of each cheese, what type of cheese it is (cow/goat/sheep) and which order you should eat the cheeses in. 

They have lots of other very interesting food items for sale that you can’t find anywhere else. I’ve bought an amazing smoked salt, a truffle salt, and orange blossom water, just to name a few examples. Very recommendable are also the crackers: they have excellent ones for different types of cheeses. And according to the owner they have the best selection of champagnes in the city..!

Nowadays they also have a couple of high chairs in the shop, so that you can order a cheese board and enjoy it right there. I highly recommend it!
