La Freiduria de Pauli is very anonymous and you probably won’t find it unless you stumble upon it or if you know someone who’s been. This Galician restaurant is really small and very humble, it doesn’t look like much from the outside. But when you go inside there’s a surprise waiting for you…

The menu is filled with fish and seafood options, and the list is very, very long. It’s very difficult to decide, so I suggest that everything you order you order to share. The staff is friendly and very funny, but they probably don’t speak English.

IN A NUTSHELL
Atmosphere: It’s tiny and a very genuine, old-school place.
Recommended: The spider crab is fantastic, but you need to order it in advance when you book a table.
Specifics: They only have about 5 tables, so it really is small!
