Premium Dry-Aged Meat from Cárnicas LyO
In these strange and complicated times, there is more than enough time to cook at home. Finding the best ingredients isn’t always easy, so you can imagine how delighted we were when we recently received a box of Cárnicas LyO meat from Divins.

Usually, you can’t get your hands on this meat unless you visit a high-end restaurant, until now…! During the time of confinement, you can order their dry-aged meat through Divins, that supply only the best meat in the country. For example, the Chuletón de Vaca Rubia Gallega, aged between 30 and 180 days. We received a piece that was aged 180 days, and I cannot explain with words what it was like. Just the aroma was divine: the delicious smell almost brought tears to my eyes. We prepared the meat with lots of care, and I can assure you it tasted even more incredible than I could have imagined.
