Fino Bar - Modern Andalusian Tapas

Fino Bar in Gràcia offers a refreshing take on Andalusian classics. The interior is a modern, cool bar setting, with a fun touch—specials taped to the wall.

The menu features inventive tapas inspired by Andalusian bars, but with a gastronomic, modern twist. You’d never guess they don’t have a full kitchen license, meaning nothing fried is served. But don’t let that deter you—thanks to the chefs' creativity, there are plenty of fascinating dishes to discover.

One must-try is the Croq-fondue: savory croqueta dough (since they can't offer fried croquetas for the above-mentioned reason), perfect for dipping and sharing. The charcuterie is also not to be missed—all sliced to order. The cheese platter boasts selections from a nearby top-notch cheese shop, and the chicharrón was just like in Cádiz.

Be sure to check the specials. I tried the smoked stracciatella toast with anchovies (I could’ve eaten five of these!) and the pâté en croûte. Desserts are a highlight as well—the chocolate ganache, served with hand-made Ines Rosales tortas, gives a nod to the classics.

The wine list has some surprises, featuring local wines from Catalunya, other Spanish options, and a few fun selections from France and Germany. Given the bar's theme, I highly recommend trying one of the sherries on the list.

Fino Bar is quite popular, so it’s best to book a table days in advance, especially since it’s a fairly small spot.
