The bar is beautifully designed, managing to be both elegant and low-key. The staff are genuinely friendly, and service is surprisingly fast, even considering how elaborate the cocktails are. Behind the scenes, there’s a whole cocktail lab where much of the prep happens ahead of time, allowing the team to focus fully on the guests and presentation.

The menu changes frequently and is full of exciting, imaginative drinks. Among the bestsellers are the Strawberry Fields, with rhubarb mascarpone and more ingredients that make it creamy, yet light and unexpected, and the Pearl Diver, made with coconut gardenia, pandan cachaça, and more. FoCo also hosts guest bartender nights and other events, keeping the energy fresh and playful. It’s dog-friendly too, which adds even more charm to the already welcoming vibe.
