The Egg Lab
This friendly place offers what is without a doubt one of the best brunches in the city, and their pancakes are insanely good. They have beautiful and indulgent Dubai Chocolate Pancakes, made with crunchy pistachio cream with kataifi, apricot, caramel sauce, and a bitter chocolate syrup, toasted pistachio, and caramelized apricot. They also have roasted apple pancakes with blueberry and tonka bean jam, with crème fraîche and maple syrup. They don’t take reservations, so make sure you go early. What first started out as a very popular bakery has now expanded into a deli and a cute eatery. In addition to wonderful, freshly baked goods, they have both sweet and savory pancakes to choose from. Pair them with a glass of bubbly, why don’t you?

There are some beautiful values behind this cozy brunch restaurant. They offer vegan and vegetarian brunch dishes, made with carefully sourced ingredients. The idea is to impact the environment as little as possible, in everything ranging from the server they use for the website to composting all the food scraps.
The space is lovely: all the furniture is vintage/second hand, and the room in the back with a leafy little patio is gorgeous. They also have curbside terrace, and of course some pancakes! Theirs come in 3 fluffy pancakes topped with organic seasonal fruits, crushed nuts, maple syrup & lemon cream, and you can add home-made chocolate paste as an extra.

This cute spot next to the Sants train station serves gluten free, fluffy pancakes, and in no less than three different versions! I love the S’Mores pancakes, the matcha cream ones, and the bacon and maple syrup ones. Read my review of Mood Brunch here.

The cutest little space with a jungle theme, a cozy terrace, home-made everything, and of course the cutest pancakes you can imagine. They come with lemon and vanilla cream cheese, red berries, home-made granola, marshmallow, and a sauce of your choice: maple syrup, chocolate, or caramel). Pair it with one of their hot chocolates; they have three different ones to choose from!

A lot of love is put into this beautiful café with gorgeous cakes, healthy smoothie bowls and specialty coffee from SlowMov. Some of their dishes are really fun and crazy! It's impossible not to fall in love with this tiny little place. The food is great, the deco is lovely, and the service friendly. Their pancakes are easily among the best in the city. They also have wonderful savory ones. Read my full review of Can Dende here.

A wonderful, Brazilian hangout with a perfect brunch menu. Their açai bowl is one of the best I’ve ever had, and their cocktails are delicious (try the passionfruit mojito). It has a wonderful diner vibe to it: it’s friendly, welcoming and the menu is precisely what you’d expect and so much better. I was laughing hysterically when I got the menu: how could I choose from 8 pages of delicious food?! Their pancake options are abundant, and you can get them gluten-free too.
