Forno Bomba - The Best Thing Since Sliced Bread
Good luck with visiting Forno Bomba and not immediately falling head over heels. This fun and cool spot in Sants has its own fun personality, unlike anything else in the city, really. Francesco and Alberto have opened this bakery that is so much more than just a bakery.

The space itself is cool and playful, with nods to the owner’s Italian background, colorful and minimalist at the same time, and with fun posters on the walls. They bake fresh bread and pastries on the daily (they sold out just after an hour or two their first day!) and serve specialty coffee (Morrow Coffee) that you can choose to take with you to go, or enjoy in on the spot.

But there’s a lot more to discover here. The freshly baked focaccia and Pizza Romana draw crowds from near and far, and there cinnamon and cardamom buns are simply fantastic. The fresh sourdough loaves are to die for, and mix that with the nice selection of natural wines, beer, vermouth, and more, and you have the perfect recipe for what is Forno Bomba.

In the back there’s a patio where you can bring your friends, share a bottle of wine, something to snack, and hang out for a while. Alberto and Francesco, have really nailed it with their concept: it has so much character, they paint outside the lines, and we love them for it!
