You can drop by just for your caffeine kick, or you can order one of their tasty sandos on display at the counter. On my first visit I tried an avocado-mint-wasabi sando which I enjoyed (I had in fact seen a story of them and they caught my attention, so I waited until they had prepared a new batch as they were sold out when we arrived. Totally worth it). The egg, or tamago, sando was also a 10/10 in my book. I’m definitely going back to try the katsu sando.

The sweet options were impossible to resist, and we chose a white chocolate-strawberry sando which surprised us with its delicate, surprising yuzu flavor. We ordered three sandos to share between the two of us, which was the perfect amount unless you’re super hungry.

I washed it all down with a home-made soda: they make their own flavor syrups and I opted for the pineapple-chai version which I wish I could have by the bottle at home, it was that good.

Sando Cafe Sando is really cute, and a sight for sore eyes in the Born. Perfect to stop by for a quick snack!
