One of Barcelona’s Classic Restaurants Is Going All In on Thanksgiving

Restaurant Windsor is bringing back its annual Thanksgiving dinner this November, a tradition the restaurant has been hosting for several years for Americans living in or visiting Barcelona (and anyone who is curious!).

The menu sticks closely to the classics, but through Windsor’s usual focus on good local produce and careful cooking: warm lobster cream, whole roasted and stuffed turkey, baked sweet potato, buttery mashed potatoes, extra stuffing, green beans with almonds, gravy and cranberry sauce.

And yes, there’s pumpkin pie with cinnamon and cream for dessert!

Windsor has been celebrating Thanksgiving for several years now, and the dinner has gradually become a regular part of its November calendar. It makes sense: familiar Thanksgiving food, but served in one of Barcelona’s long-standing contemporary Catalan restaurants.
