All Those Has Opened a Permanent Food and Workshop Space in Barcelona

All Those is entering a new chapter this autumn. After more than a decade of running its food market in different venues across Barcelona, the team has opened Espacio All Those inside Fàbrica Lehmann in the Eixample.

The idea is to take the community around All Those Food Market and turn it into something that happens throughout the year, with small-group workshops and tastings led by the makers, chefs and food entrepreneurs who are already part of the project.

The first program includes natural wine tastings, sourdough bread workshops, fermentation and kombucha classes, creative cooking sessions and sustainable flower arranging. All of the people leading the sessions have previously collaborated with All Those Food Market.

The new space is designed for smaller groups and for actually learning something, rather than simply attending an event. There will also be private team-building experiences for companies, from cooking and fermenting to tasting and baking together.

The October program is already open, with new dates set to be added month by month.
