This Poblenou Cocktail Bar Is Making Brunch a Lot More Interesting

Henry’s Bar always does everything right, and I love them for it. Now it has added weekend brunch, and it’s a very welcome break from Barcelona’s usual eggs-and-coffee formula.

The menu is short, playful and a little unexpected, with dishes like an everything bagel and seriously good devilled eggs. And because this is Henry’s, the cocktails are every bit as important as the food. We tried several cocktails from the brunch menu and they were mind-blowing (the Pineapple Americano was insane!).

It works especially well because it still feels like a bar first, not a brunch place trying to be one. Come for the food, stay for a cocktail, and make a fun weekend plan out of it with your friends. Oh, and you can bring your dog!
