Snapshot - Vitrina Café

Vitrina Café is one of those places that flies slightly under the radar, but that’s a plus—you’re more likely to find a seat. This charming little café is attached to Magatzem 128 hotel, though you wouldn’t know it unless you venture inside and spot the reception at the back. There’s also a small terrace, and the seats by the open window are great when the weather permits (which, to be honest, is most of the year).

Atmosphere: Open early and closing fairly late, it’s a vibey spot with customers popping in for takeaway coffee or stopping to enjoy a quick bite. The staff is always friendly.

A favorite: I’m a big fan of the salmon toast with labneh.

Something special: The croissant filled with Nutella is a treat for anyone with a sweet tooth!

Great if you like: Dalston Coffee, but with more variety and the option to sit, or Roast Club but without their own coffee roaster (they do specialty coffee, however).

Perfect for: A caffeine fix, a quick lunch or snack, or catching up with a friend.
