Baluard Bakery - Epic Croissants

Baluard is actually neither a restaurant nor a bar, it’s a bakery. But this particular bakery is iconic! They have two locations, one in the Barceloneta and the other one in Eixample. There you can see the wood-fired oven where the magic happens.

Atmosphere: There’s almost always a queue, it’s that good.

Recommended: The almond croissant, it’s fantastic. The bread is great too.

Specifics: The bakery in Eixample is actually inside a hotel..!
