Carmen takes care of the wine selection, while Povel creates magical dishes using seasonal ingredients. The wine options are fantastic, with both bottle and glass choices. The menu changes frequently, offering surprises like grilled bone marrow with capers, parsley, and fresh toasted bread, as well as figs with labneh and ever-changing pasta dishes.
